Cereal is one of my top tier must have stock foods. It’s so convenient, nutritious, and customizable. I use cereal all the time time as a dry snack, in yogurt/cottage cheese bowl, ninja creami’s, and I love a good cereal bowl with a protein shake for some extra protein!

It’s so easy to make this food balanced by adding color wit fruits, protein with a dairy or even a non-dairy shake such as @liveowyn and using a higher protein cereal like @threewishes.

Thursday nights have become my “reset” night that always tend to end with a Ninja Creami treat 🍦

Truthfully obsessed with my Ninja Creami, a pigtail braid moment, a hockey game, and the longest hottest shower on earth.

Recently been obsessed with adding the @trufru as a mix-in for some additional produce and I love the newest products with Greek yogurt for lower sugar & extra protein! And you already know how much I love 🍓 @threewishes cereal! ( I can’t wait to try their newest flavor)

Find calmness in the chaos. Slow down, let yourself be, and romanticize the moments even when it’s challenging 💗

Ninja Creami Recipe: 9oz @slatemilk French vanilla x @oikos triple zero vanilla. Add a splash of @fairlife fat free milk to spin on lite ice cream x2 ( scrape sides in-between spins) and then add your mix-ins!

PS: you should probably let the trufru defrost for a bit and always run your Creami pints under hot water/ leave out for 10ish minutes!

• 1 bag of @go_nanas blueberry banana mini muffin mix collab with @littlebitessnacks (KatieKreates)
• 1 individual packet of @eatsmashfoods blueberry chia seed blend
• 280-300g bananas
• 2 heaping tbsp (around 50g) of nonfat Greek yogurt.
• 1 tsp vanilla extract.

Pour in a mini muffin pan and bake for approx 12-15 minutes!

Maybe the sun being out in literal months inspired me to take out the writing pen this morning. But it’s #nationalnedaweek. Something that I now hold dear to my heart.. that has shaped who am I and my passions.. my career and a big message that you never know what people are dealing with. It’s uncomfortable. It’s hard. But..we this and let’s recreate our culture, our environments, and our lifestyles to focus on the importance of eating enough, the importance of supporting one another, and the importance of understanding that you never know the battles someone is facing. Lots of love always 💗🥰
